Portable Gas Detectors
Portable gas detectors are devices that are capable of estimating the concentration of one or more gases present in the atmosphere. They are stand-alone devices and should be light and easy to carry so that they can be worn by operators or held in one hand. Combined with a vibrator, an audible and visual warning, they respond immediately if the gas concentration level exceeds the alarm setpoint. They measure the risk of exposure and toxicity, as well as a lack or excessive amount of oxygen.

BM25 – MULTI-GAS AREA MONITOR +
It is designed to protect intervention or maintenance teams in areas of high gas-leak risks during short-term development or maintenance work.
BM25 offers a whole range of possible combinations with 32 interchangeable sensors. It can, therefore, be used in several industries, including petrochemistry, chemistry, refinery, pharmaceutics, work in confined spaces or water treatment plants...
The beacon is equipped with a 360° ultrabright flashlight and a 103dB audible alarm at one metre. STEL and TWA values are also available, along with a data logging capacity of 4 months (for 5-gas configuration). The batteries provide up to 170 hours of continuous runtime (depending on the configuration) and are fully recharged within only 4.5 hours. Moreover, the safe trickle charger allows long-term monitoring in classified zones.
The beacon may also be used in a network, allowing alarm transfer from one device to another to maintain a security perimeter.
